He was called to the Bar in India at the age of 23, quickly establishing a foundation in legal advocacy before choosing to immigrate to Canada. In 2016, Arshdeep immigrated to Manitoba, where he completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) exams and the Bar Admission Program. After articling with two prominent law firms, he was called to the Bar in Manitoba on June 20, 2019. In 2019, Arshdeep relocated to Ontario, where he founded Kahlon Law Office in Brampton, Ontario, and established his practice known for excellence and client-focused advocacy in Canadian immigration law.
