Kahlon Law Office does not assist with any request where an individual seeks to take steps that may mislead or misrepresent information to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Immigration Appeal Division, the Federal Court, or any other authority. This includes, but is not limited to, matters involving false work experience, inaccurate employment records, fabricated job offers, non-genuine relationships for immigration purposes, or any action that could result in misrepresentation under Canadian law.
While our office represents individuals who are facing allegations of misrepresentation and require legal assistance to respond to or correct their situation, we do not participate in, support, or facilitate any conduct that may create, encourage, or contribute to misrepresentation in any form.
Our office also does not provide job placement services, recruitment services, Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) services, job offer arrangements, payroll services, tax filing, business setup, or any similar non-legal or consulting services. Individuals seeking these services are respectfully requested not to contact our office regarding such matters.
